Refund & Deferral Policy

Summary

Live cohorts: Full refund if requested before Session 02. Free deferral to the next batch.

Self-paced courses and bundles: Full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked.

Saturday Live membership: No auto-renewal. A renewal is refundable within 7 days if you haven't joined a Saturday Live session since paying.

Full refund before Session 02

If the programme isn't right for you, email support@aipathfinderhub.com from your registered email before the second live session (Session 02) of your cohort begins. We will refund 100% of the fee you paid.

Refunds are made to the original payment method via Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to reflect it.

After Session 02

Once Session 02 has started, fees are non-refundable, because your seat can no longer be offered to someone else. You can still defer (below).

Free deferral

If work or personal circumstances get in the way, you can move your seat to the next batch once, at no extra charge. Email us before the cohort ends and we will confirm your new batch.

Cancelled or rescheduled cohorts

If we cancel a cohort, you can choose a full refund or a seat in the next batch. If a cohort is rescheduled by more than two weeks, you may request a full refund.

Self-paced courses and bundles

If a self-paced course or bundle isn't right for you, email support@aipathfinderhub.com from your registered email within 7 days of purchase and we will refund 100% of what you paid. No questions asked.

A refund ends access to everything in that purchase, including any Saturday Live months that came with a bundle. One refund per person for the same course.

After 7 days, self-paced purchases are non-refundable.

Saturday Live membership

Saturday Live never renews automatically. You choose whether to renew each month.

If you renew and change your mind, email support@aipathfinderhub.com within 7 days. We will refund the renewal in full as long as you haven't joined a Saturday Live session since paying.

Months included in a bundle or cohort are part of that purchase and follow its refund terms.

Upgrade credit

When you move from a self-paced bundle to a live cohort, the amount you paid for the bundle is taken off the cohort fee if you join within 60 days. The credit can be used once and has no cash value.

If the cohort is later refunded, only the amount actually paid for the cohort is refunded; the credit is restored to your earlier purchase.

Free workshops

Saturday workshops are free, so there is nothing to refund. If we cancel one, we will move you to the next Saturday.

EMI payments

If you paid using EMI through Razorpay, refunds are made to the lender or card issuer. Any interest or charges levied by your bank or lender are governed by their terms.
