What personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Our approach
AI Pathfinder Hub (operated by ProfileMaster.in) is the data fiduciary for the personal data described here. We process it in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and other applicable Indian law.
What we collect
Account data: name, email address and profile photo (if you sign in with Google).
Enrolment data: WhatsApp number, city, and — only if you request a GST invoice — company name, GSTIN and billing address.
Learning data: onboarding answers, attendance, lab submissions, assessment attempts, community posts and certificates.
Payment data: order and payment references from Razorpay. We do not receive your card, UPI PIN or bank credentials.
Why we use it
To run your cohort (session invites, reminders, grading, feedback and certificates), to issue invoices and meet tax obligations, to keep the platform secure, and to improve the programme using aggregated data.
We rely on your consent, given when you sign up and enrol, and on legitimate uses permitted by the DPDP Act. We do not sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
Service providers who help us operate: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Razorpay (payments) and Google (sign-in and live sessions). They process data on our instructions.
Other learners in your cohort can see your name, photo and community activity. Certificate verification pages show your name, programme and grade to anyone with the link.
Retention and security
We keep account and learning records while your account is active and for as long as needed for certificates, tax and legal requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted by role, and database rules limit each user to their own records.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, and nominate someone to exercise your rights. You can also raise a grievance with us, and escalate to the Data Protection Board of India if unresolved.
